Can Myspace be a good thing?

well I have a debate in one of my classes and and the topic is.... should myspace be allowed on the internet?

Unfortunately I had to draw out of a hat and I ended up with the positive side instead of the negitive side.

I really need good things about myspace but I have no clue!! Please help thank u! :)

Of course it can. Social networking sites are the wave of future when it comes to building social networking connection digitally over the internet. It allows people to communicate, share ideas, etc. in front of their computers. To really understand the positives, you need to look at MySpace, Facebook, etc and all of their features in details. Your could also watch the Facebook F8 keynote speech on Facebook's website to get an idea of what social networking is evolving into. Best of luck!

- See new things (hopefully not bad things..lol)

Myspace is a world in itself. There's bad places and good places. The advertisements displayed on myspace are bad. That alone is reason to block it.

It takes time away from kids, their supposed to be doing school work, and if not, then looking up and researching new things. You can wait for social activities like myspace until after school.
