Do you think that myspace is bad or good?

On one side, you hear about all of these people getting kidnapped, raped and murdered...

But, on the other hand not nearly even 1/10 of myspace members are....

Well....what do you think? Is it bad...or not?

I think it is fine as long as you have common sense about it. Don't give out personal information about yourself and you would be fine. I have found out lots of cool things on myspace and I would recommend it.

Depends on you. I use myspace to keep in contact with the people I know. Your at your own risk using it to meet new people.

Just be smart about the things you do and follow your instincts. If all done right myspace would be a great online community to join

theres nothing wrong with myspace..just the people that get on it.people a crazy enough to beleive people when they say"meet me up and we can have a good time".you cant get murdered on the internet.....so obviously the person gettin killed,raped etc had to meet up with the person doing these things.so if you have little kids that dont know not to give out their address id say dont let them get on myspace.my daughter is alowed on myspace because she is old enough to know not to do these things.she 12 by the way.

The thing about people gettin raped and murdered is 9 times out of 10 then are talkin to these people and telling them they are gonna meet with them and what not...and thats not myspaces fault you kno what i mean? and they do have saftey measures....dont add people you dont kno....keep your profile as private...and for the city part you can pretty much put w/e you want there

basically. myspace is supposed to be bad...but its really not. it definetly CAN be bad if you make things up. like do not put real information on it and keep your pictures and profile set on private.

Its a good website to catch up with friends and meet new people, but then the bad side is having your personal details on display for other people to see.

I have never heard of anyone getting raped or murdered because of Myspace. Nothing bad will happen if you act smart on it, don't be stupid and post your phone number or something. I like it because it helps me keep in contact with my friends in another country for free.
